Following Fiona McGill’s presentation to our August General Meeting, many participants expressed an interest in being informed of future local events on the theme of indigenous Australia.

Here are the details which she has kindly communicated to us:

* Fiona will be giving a talk at the Pine Rivers Museum on Aboriginal Culture generally, across Australia ( https://www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au/Galleries-Museums/Events/PRHM/Heritage-talk-September )

* Sunshine Coast Reconciliation Group; has a seminar in Maleny “Meet the Indigenous Elders” on 25th Sept (flyer attached).

* and Fiona, together with Norman Lopez, will be talking to the Bribie Historical Society meeting on 9th October on Dundali and Indigenous Law.
